About Crestone Roofing

What we do

Roof replacement and repair, emergency and storm damage, help documenting an insurance claim, metal roofs, chimney and skylight leaks, and low-slope roofs for businesses and churches. See all our roofing work. Off the roof, we install siding, replacement windows, entry doors and gutters, and build decks and covered patios, so the outside of the house works together. See everything off the roof.

Where we work

All of East Tennessee: Knox, Blount, Loudon, Anderson, Roane, Sevier, Jefferson, Hamblen, Grainger, Union, Monroe and Cocke counties. A Farragut subdivision, a cabin above Gatlinburg, a farmhouse outside Morristown: one phone number reaches us. Each service area page covers the permit office, the roofs you see there and the weather that wears them down.

How we work

1. Call, text or book. A photo of the problem helps.
2. Free inspection. We look at every slope, the flashing and the attic if we can get in.
3. Written price. One line for each part of the job, nothing hidden.
4. The work. Materials delivered, roof done, yard cleaned with a magnet sweep.
5. Walk-through. You see the finished roof and the photos before we call it done.

Ryan spent 20 years in finance and operations, and it shows in how a Crestone price looks: written down, so you can see what you're paying for.

Where the name comes from

Crestone Roofing started in Colorado in 2018, founded by Luke Jones and Eddie Ramey. See photos of Crestone jobs on our projects page, and read what we're here to do.
