About Crestone

What we stand for

We wrote these down so you know what to expect from us, and so we have something to answer to. They're the test for every job we take: if a choice on your roof doesn't fit them, we don't make it. Hold us to them, and tell us when we miss.

White low-slope roof above gray shingle slopes on a long two-story building, seen from the corner among fall trees.

Mission: Build roofs that last, tell homeowners the truth about theirs, and earn the call the next time they need a roofer.

Our core values Draft, owner to approve

  1. Say it straight. We tell you what we find on your roof, including the parts you'd rather not hear. You should never have to wonder where your job stands.
  2. Integrity in the work. We'd rather lose a job than talk you into a roof you don't need. Every line on your price should make sense to you, and if one doesn't, ask.
  3. Finish what we start. A job is done when the roof is right and the yard is clean. We don't leave halfway, and we don't leave a mess behind.
  4. Safe crews, careful hands. No roof is worth someone getting hurt. We work safe, and we treat your house and yard the way we'd want ours treated.
  5. Your roof, your call. Your house, your budget and your plans for the next twenty years are your own. We lay out the options that fit them, and you choose.
  6. Raise the bar. Roofing has earned a rough reputation, and we want to help change it. That starts with treating our own people well, so the crew on your roof wants to be there.

If we fall short of one of these on your job, call (865) 830-8126 and tell us. We'd rather hear it from you directly, while there's still time to put it right.
